How the Fondation L’Oréal is governed

The Fondation L’Oréal is governed by a Board of Directors comprising both senior leaders within the L’Oréal Group and external experts.

The Fondation L’Oréal’s Board of Directors is comprised of 12 persons, including seven senior representatives of the L’Oréal Group and five external members, all of whom are distinguished professionals in fields relevant to our work. Its role is to determine our strategic direction, evaluate our major initiatives, oversee our budget and approve new projects.

Executive Team

The Executive Team, manages the Fondation’s daily operations and budget. The team also encompasses experts of scientific research and inclusive beauty. Together, they design and manage our programs, develop partnerships, implement and monitor key initiatives, and present areas of strategic focus for the Board’s consideration.
